This Vera Neumann Black And White Window Shades Vintage Scarf features a white border with a black background. Windows feature either white shades with black or black window shades with white.

As pictured it is signed Vera with copyright symbol and ladybug which dates it to the early 1960s. This striking, rare and unique scarf measures approximately 22" x 22" and is in very good vintage condition. This scarf has a rolled hem.

This Vera scarf still has its original tag which reads" scarves by Vera - 100% polyester - Machine washable - Made In Japan."

There are a few tiny dents, no holes, no rips, no tears, and no stains present on this beautiful vintage scarf. These flaws are all so tiny that they are not visible unless you are holding it up to a bright light and closely looking for flaws.
