Williamsburg Pattern No. 17 By Park Bench Pattern Company - Item# VP 645 -TAS

This Williamsburg pattern by Park Bench Pattern company makes a jacket and pull on pants that are designed for comfort. The jacket side panels are cut on bias to insure easy movement. The front and back panels overlap side panels and are left loose at the hem. The front of the jacket is shorter than the sides and the sides are shorter than the center back which creates an uneven hemline.

Jacket has a sweetheart neckline which adds a feminine touch. You also might consider using decorative trims in the seams or color-blocking. The pull on pants are designed for a tailored look. with deep fold over front pleats that are secured with velcro. there are also in-seam pockets and elastic in the waist back. Belt carriers and ties are added for detail.

This Williamsburg Pattern No. 17 contains 13 pieces that are uncut and factory folded along with the instruction sheets. Copyright of pattern is 1998.

Fabric Suggestions
Choose a fabric with a stable weave that is soft and has movement. Natural fibers such as soft cotton, silk, washed linen or lightweight wool work well. Rayon or poly blends will also work as long as they are not too sheer or slippery. Stretchy knits are not recommended.
