This great Butterick 5080 pattern makes a misses loose-fitting, A-line dress, that is above the ankle in length, it also has contrast collar variations, with slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front pleats, back tie ends and long sleeves with contrasting cuffs.

Butterick 5080 pattern by Jessica Howard was copyrighted in 1997 and contains 13 pattern pieces that are uncut and factory folded along with the instruction sheets. There is some wrinkling and scotch tape present on the envelope but the pattern pieces and instructions are in excellent condition.
