This lovely McCall's 5493 pattern makes a set of misses loose fitting dresses in mid calf and above the knee lengths that have lowered waist seam, gathered skirt with side seam pockets and long or short sleeves. Views A, B, C have front buttoned bodice; view B has self drawstring through casing; View D has elastic through casing.

Bust 32-1/2" - 34"

Waist 25" - 26-1/2"

Hips 34-1/2" - 36"

Back Waist Length 16" - 16-1/4"

Suggested Fabrics : Soft cotton, cotton blends, challis, chambray, gingham, oxford cloth, jersey, cotton knits. Dress E shown in a knit crosswise stripe; when using a woven lengthwise stripe; direction of stripe will be vertical. All garments are not suitable for diagonals.
